Aceyus is committed to the continual innovation of our products to provide the best competitive advantages to our customers. The progression towards product innovation requires the discontinuation of certain types of Support. As of August 1st, 2017, Aceyus has initiated the End of Life (EOL) process for Aceyus 4.5 Standard Support.
Aceyus wants to allow 4.5 customers ample time for planning and successful implementation of alternative Aceyus products. Active contracts in place prior to the EOL Announcement Date regarding product availability, warranty, or support terms will be honored according to the terms of those contracts.
The key milestones are as follows.
EOL Milestones for Aceyus 4.5 Standard Support:
End of Sale Date — August 31, 2015
EOL Announcement Date August 1, 2017
Last Day of Standard Support July 31, 2018
Beginning of Extended Support August 1, 2018
If a customer has previously acquired Extended Support for Aceyus 4.5, or if Aceyus determines in its sole discretion that a customer is eligible for Extended Support for Aceyus 4.5, then Extended Support will (as applicable) continue or start on August 1, 2018, and will continue at Aceyus discretion. Extended Support includes: Email and hot-line support, issue investigation and resolution advisement based on existing knowledge, and existing supported product releases and patches. During Extended Support, Aceyus may, at its sole discretion, provide qualified updates of critical priority.
