The next major release of the Aceyus platform, version 6.0, is currently under development. It is expected to be the most innovative and dynamic version to date. Says Aceyus Vice President of Product Development, Ben Vesta:

Were including new tools and options that continually increase the value of the solution. Specifically, were addressing reskilling and other provisioning needs as well as a rules engine that will grant even more flexibility within our Director product, allowing the requester the ability to take advantage of the Aceyus Vaults data and analytics. For reporting, a brand-new reporting hierarchy system, the Lexicon, will allow users to organize, group and display data the way they need it. The Lexicon provides the versatility users need to analyze a single data set from many different perspectives. Site level, line of business / product, leadership team and region / market, language or other customer segment indicators are just some of the grouping options that users can choose from. And of course, our Customer Journey module, Aceyus Connections, continues to evolve and meet the changing, complex needs of the engagement center.

Enterprises require solutions that make agent reskilling and report building more dynamic. With Aceyus 6, contact centers will enjoy new features that stimulate innovation and flexibility in day-to-day operations.

Feature spotlight: Agent reskilling

The Agent Assignment Manager (AAM) module will allow contact center administrators to change the skills assigned to an agent (or group of agents) within the Aceyus Reporting point-and-click interface. This module will include a scheduling component that will return agents to their default skills settings, and security features, like the Audit Trail, that help administrators track changes made to the skill assignments. Aceyus also provides the added security of limiting what changes users can make based on Agent team, Line of Business, Site, etc.

Feature spotlight: Rules building

Aceyus 6 will be the most flexible release to date, with a conditional rule-building tool, the Business Rules Engine, that will reside right on the application interface. From threshold alerts to routing changes, system administrators can use the Business Rules Engine to program automatic handling for a wide variety of scenarios in the contact center.
