Thank you for joining us at Cisco Live 2017. This was the largest Cisco Live ever, and it was packed with inspirational keynotes and sessions led by top technology experts about thousands of topics in world of digital business.

At the World of Solutions, we made lots of new acquaintances with top Cisco partners and reconnected with old colleagues. We highlighted the latest, greatest Aceyus functionalities in our booth:

  • The new Aceyus SmartWatch, developed by iSoftStone, was a conversation starter. We heard lots of great ideas from retailers, health care providers and contact centers about how they would adapt the reporting technology and alerts in their workplaces.
  • CaféX Supervisor Assist received a lot of attention due to the higher priority many companies have recently placed on agent training and job satisfaction. Aceyus Reporting integrates with Supervisor Assist to power real-time agent coaching and monitoring of tricky customer service situations.
  • The Aceyus Suite, including Connections, our omni-channel reporting module, drew many visitors as companies are still trying to create a seamless, data-driven customer experiences. Aceyus core technology can bring in and report on any data source – a detail that appeals to many businesses whose customer journeys are a hodgepodge of different solutions, each with its own reporting language.
