Presidio Exchange is an event sponsored by Presidio’s strategic and ecosystem partners. Year after year, it brings together some of the top leaders in our industry for knowledge sharing and technological exploration. There were many manufacturers leading onsite training in addition to the workshops offered by Presidio engineers. Hundreds of registrants attended breakout sessions, live demos and peer-to-peer networking events like the White Hot Dance Party and Ping Pong Tournament.
The 2016 event was held aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines’ The Pearl, from October 20th – 23rd. The theme, “Catch the Wave,” was fitting for the venue and captured recent leanings of major companies towards omni-channel enhancements in customer service. The knowledge sharing also mirrored the theme with diverse topics that captured the diversity of touchpoints in a typical customer journey. The Internet of Things, cybersecurity, agent empathy and contact centers are a small sample of the topics covered in the keynote and breakout sessions.
