Aceyus Vice President of Product Development, Ben Vesta, recently traveled to Los Angeles to film a featured segment on Worldwide Business with kathy ireland®. In his interview, Ben discusses company history, core values and the products that make up the Aceyus Suite. Viewers will get an inside look at the Aceyus Support and Development Lab, and solutions that unify contact center data from any source for faster, user-friendly reporting and analytics.

In the feature, Ben pays particular attention to Aceyus Connections, a customer engagement module that allows organizations to report on data from new channels as they’re adopted into the contact center. This is a huge help for enterprises whose customers are increasingly multi-modal and diverse in their choice of engagement channel, yet expect seamless and effective service experiences.
