2016 Cisco Americas Customer Care Sales Summit

Another Cisco Americas Customer Care Sales Summit has come and gone! This is the industry’s biggest customer care solutions sales event of the year and as always, we had a fantastic time sponsoring and engaging with Cisco senior leadership and sales teams.
Over 630 registrants attended breakout sessions, live demos and peer-to-peer networking events. Attendees interacted with Cisco and partner sales teams to learn about new market opportunities that will help them stifle their competition, drive more sales and increase revenue.
During the two-day expo, Aceyus demonstrated solutions that complement and integrate fully into Cisco’s customer care solutions, adding value for Cisco end users. The Aceyus Connections customer engagement module is one such tool. Like the rest of our solutions, its scalability, flexibility and user-friendliness make it a real asset. It was a pleasure to share our newest product with such a knowledgeable audience.
The central theme of the event, driving a “Connected Digital Experience” (CDX) for end customers, was heavily influenced by predominant business challenges like disjointed customer journeys, lack of customer context and high customer effort. Cisco is confident in its position in the marketplace and its ability to confront these challenges on behalf of its clients.
