Aceyus, Dell Lead Discussion of Omni-channel Analytics at Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange

Aceyus attended the latest in the Frost & Sullivan MindXchange Events series last month. The Customer Contact, West Executive MindXchange was held in Tuscon from October 23rd - 26th. These events place heavy emphasis on interactive networking and collaboration opportunities as a means to prepare Frost clients to drive growth in the present and future. Registrants that attend Frost events are not merely there to sell but to make professional connections and share industry insights.

Networking and collaboration events included breakout sessions, the Exhibit Hall and the Solutions Wheel, a “speed dating” style activity between vendors and attendees. Sponsored lunch tables granted attendees opportunities to sit and discuss whatever subject matter was sponsored at particular tables. Other activities included a golf tournament, field games and the Early Risers Run.

Aceyus participated in the two-day expo where we shared the latest capabilities of our Aceyus Intelligence Suite, including our customer engagement module, Aceyus Connections. Aceyus also presented one of the Featured Demos, and led a best practices session with Roger Davis, Principal Contact Center Engineer at Dell. The session, titled How Dell Uses Omni-channel Analytics to Raise the Bar in Customer Engagement, complemented the MindXchange very well, as the thought leader panel and many of the breakout sessions centered around using empathy to optimize the customer experience and build customer loyalty.

We are excited to attend Customer Contact, East in Fort Lauderdale, FL from April 23rd - 26th, 2017.
