This could be in the case of an emergency, or simply that an agent has unintentionally remained logged in after a shift is over.
The custom product interfaces with Cisco’s CTI OS and allows the user to remotely logout agents at a group level in a specific location. It has a single GUI interface to access all Peripheral Gateways.
 | If the agent is not on a call (e.g. status = Available/Ready, Idle, Wrap/Aux Work), the application will log them out immediately. |
 |
If the agent is on a call, the application will wait until the call is complete and then log the agent out. |
 |
Optionally, if the agent is on a call, the application can also perform an emergency disconnect. The call is immediately disconnected from the agent, after which the application logs out the agent. |

03 Logout Button
The logout button will initiate the process of logging out all agents
in a particular location.
