Aceyus 4.5 Reporting Icon Aceyus 4.5 Reporting has long been one of the major objectives of using ICM or UCCE (IPCC Enterprise). For enterprises using translation routing, Aceyus 4.5 Reporting allows users with minimal knowledge of the ICM/UCCE database schema to enter a few parameters and quickly retrieve a call report showing every leg of a call down to the IVR port, agent extension and call disposition.

01 Query Wizard
This tool provides step-by-step instructions on how the user can find the call(s) they're looking for.

02 Classic Query
This is a single form interface for the user to enter the data known about the call, which will derive a list of matches.

03 Data Explorer
This is a series of drill down steps that allow the user to browse data on their HDS, offering a unique and effective way of looking for calls. It is extremely useful for new call center and queue launches.

04 Full Query
For advanced users, an easy to use query interface is provided for Termination and Route Call Detail records, allowing the creation of call detail queries that can be run directly from the web. These queries can be stored and run over and over again, saving valuable minutes each time you need to access data.

05 Report Viewer
Select your report scope (Agent, Call Type, Skill Group, etc), time parameters (including a "shift report" capability), the object(s) to report on, and then specify the report style. Users can select from an unlimited number of style sheets for a truly custom look and feel to the standard reports. The system even saves your last 15 ad hoc reports on the server so you never have to re-run a report you accidentally closed. Scheduling reports is simple, and the resulting output can be delivered via email, FTP, or simply left on the server for you to retrieve when you log in. Reports can be opened as HTML, XLS, or (optionally) PDF

06 Report Editor
Modify fields, column names, column order, groupings, and more right on the web. No need to install any additional software or log into the HDS to manage reports. Add as many customized ?scopes? as you want, and connect CDR Vault - Enterprise Edition to other non-ICM summarized data sources such as Aspect, Avaya CMS and many other custom reporting databases.

Aceyus 4.5 Reporting includes connectivity to a primary and backup ICM historical data server (HDS). An upgrade to Aceyus 4.5 Reporting Enterprise Edition includes a complete Half Hour, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly report engine that allows you to create, edit, run and schedule summary reports directly from the web. Additionally, Aceyus can customize your solution to access data warehouse information and include other non-ICM data sources in the Call Detail Reports. Users will be able to access cradle-to-grave call reports that may include IVR prompt histories, CTI desktop data elements, CRM data and ACD call detail data that is not mapped to ICM hrough the standard PG process. Additional possibilities include links embedded in the Call Detail Report to call recordings from your audio recording solution.
